TERMS AND CONDITIONS BNETWORK ACCOMMODATION - DATACLOUD 2027
1. Hotel minimum stay
A 3 nights minimum stay is required for any accommodation request.
2. Payment of the deposit
Deposit required is corresponding to the full stay prepayment.
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.
Agency administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be added. These fees are non-refundable.
3. General booking terms & conditions
* Specific conditions for all the 5 stars hotels (Belle Plage, Carlton, Five, JW Marriott, Majestic, Martinez), Canopy and Gray d'Albion:
- All cancellations can be made without charge until January 4th 2027 included (less 2% administrative fees) for all the 5 stars hotels, Canopy and Gray d'Albion.
- From January 5th 2027 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit.
* General conditions for the other hotels:
- All cancellations can be made without charge until February 24th 2027 included (less 2% administrative fees) for all the other hotels.
- From February 25th 2027 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit for all the other hotels.
- Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.
- Name changes are without restrictions.
4. Event cancellation or postponement
- Up to and including January 4th 2027: Cancellation free of charge.
However, the deposit amount paid will not be refunded but will be carried over to the next event less administrative costs (2%).
5. Accommodation Invoicing Process
- bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.
- Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
- bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved and the amount to be paid to confirm them.
- You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation.
- The payment made to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by the Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.

* Group conditions (from 10 reservations):
1. Hotel minimum stay
A 3 nights minimum stay is required for any accommodation request.
2. Payment of deposit
Deposit required is corresponding to the total room nights reserved.
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.
Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction.
These fees are non-refundable.
3. General booking terms & conditions
* Specific conditions for all the 5 stars hotels, Canopy and Gray d'Albion:
- All cancellations can be made without charge until January 4th 2027 included (less 2% administrative fees).
- From January 5th till February 24th 2027 included:
The customer is granted a cancellation margin of 30% per hotel per night booked.
Excluding these 30%, any other cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total amount cancelled.
- From February 25th till March 24th 2027 included:
The customer is granted a cancellation margin of 10% per hotel per night booked.
Excluding these 10%, any other cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total amount cancelled.
- From March 25th 2027 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit.
*Conditions for all the other hotels :
- All cancellations can be made without charge until February 24th 2027 included (less 2% administrative fees) for all the other hotels.
- From February 25th till March 24th 2027 included:
The customer is granted a cancellation margin of 30% per hotel per night booked.
Excluding these 30%, any other cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total amount cancelled.
- From March 25th till April 27th 2027 included:
The customer is granted a cancellation margin of 20% per hotel per night booked.
Excluding these 20%, any other cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total amount cancelled.
- From April 28th 2027 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit.
- Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.
- Name changes are without restrictions.
4. Event cancellation or postponement for Major Force*
In case of postponement of the Event referred to in this contract for Major Force and for the same destination, the deposit paid will not be refunded but fully deferred to the credit of the new dates of the event.
*Major Force is understood as any event at local, national or international level, beyond the control of the parties, not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract and which makes it impossible to fulfill the obligations of the parties, or entails risks of disturbances likely to seriously affect the organization and smooth running of the event and / or the safety of property and persons, such as a fire, a cyclone, a storm, an earthquake, a nuclear incident, an epidemic, a pandemic, a political, economic or social event, attacks (non-exhaustive list) as well as the cancellation or postponement of the Event for one of the causes set out in this article.
In such cases, bnetwork shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind.
Bnetwork invites the participants to take out a cancellation insurance policy to cover any costs incurred in the event of cancellation, postponement or transfer of the Congress into a virtual event.
